Dr. Cadwell grew up in the desert landscape of southeastern Washington State, where his curiosity and creativity took root. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

With a unique foundation in engineering coupled with artistic vision for how much a smile can transform a look and a life, Dr. Cadwell belongs to an elite group—less than 1% of dentists nationwide—with this rare combination of scientific and aesthetic training.

Dr. Cadwell is passionate about transforming lives through dentistry. He creates beautiful, healthy smiles by blending modern techniques with advanced technology, all within a calming and welcoming environment. His belief that the health of the mouth and the body are inseparable guides every aspect of his practice, keeping the whole person in mind.

With hundreds of hours of advanced post-graduate training in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, and sleep apnea treatment, Dr. Cadwell continues to pursue excellence in all aspects of truly comprehensive care.

Outside the office, Dr. Cadwell embraces life in the AZ desert, which he has now called home for over 13 years. He enjoys hiking, biking, four-wheeling, and spending time on the water. An enthusiastic pilot, devoted husband, and proud father, he also finds joy under the hood of one of his muscle cars—keeping his hands as busy as they are skilled.
